Dear Students,

Click here for the Erasmus Internship Mobility application and placement results. The placement has been made based on the announced criteria and available quotas (a total of 12 students). Since no students were placed in the quotas for the Faculty of Dentistry (1) and the Faculty of Health Sciences (1), the two students with the highest scores from different faculties were selected as primary candidates. Please review the following points:

1.    Students will carry out their mobility during the 2024–2025 Academic Year Summer Term. Those who are not required to attend classes physically (new graduates – within 12 months of graduation, or master's students who have completed their coursework) can carry out their mobility at any time until July 31, 2026.
2.    Students selected to benefit from the program with a grant are listed as “Selected”, while those on the reserve list are listed as “Waiting”.
3.    Students on the reserve list who wish to participate in the Erasmus program without a grant must indicate this via email.
4.    Students enrolled in associate or undergraduate degree programs who scored over 50 in the English exam were considered in the evaluation.
5.    Students enrolled in master's programs who scored over 60 in the English exam were considered in the evaluation.
6.    Students whose names appear on the list without taking the Erasmus English exam have valid YÖKDİL/YDS exam results.
7.    Students who previously benefited from the Erasmus program but withdrew from mobility without a valid reason after the announced dates received a score deduction, which is detailed in the lists.
8.    The date and time of the Erasmus Traineeship Information Session will be shared via email. This session will include detailed information about the process and answer your questions.
9.    Students who have been selected as primary candidates but wish to withdraw must inform the Erasmus Office by Monday, May 26 at 17:30. Otherwise, if they withdraw later without a valid reason, 10 points will be deducted from their total score in the next application round.
10.    Students who are eligible for the Erasmus Traineeship and have already obtained an invitation letter may begin their procedures immediately. Students who were selected but do not yet have an invitation letter must submit it to the Erasmus Office via email by Friday, June 20, 2025, at 17:30. If not submitted by the deadline, their place will be offered to students on the reserve list. Therefore, both selected and waiting-list students must secure an invitation letter.

11.    During the course period, students must be physically present in Antalya. For this reason, internships taking place this summer must be completed in a way that will not cause any conflict with the academic calendar of the 2025–2026 Academic Year.
12.    The minimum duration of the internship must be 60 days. Internships shorter than 60 days will not be accepted.
