Dear Esteemed Academicians and Administrative Staff,
Within the scope of the Erasmus Project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000162375, 6 main (grant-funded) and 32 reserve staff members have been listed for the Erasmus Staff Mobility for Training activity. For the Erasmus Staff Mobility for Teaching activity, 3 academic staff members have been listed as main (grant-funded) and 3 as reserve. The masked name lists are attached.
The scoring was made based on the criteria specified in the decisions taken by the Erasmus Programme Committee on 26.03.2025 (document numbers: 2500005969 and 2500005976) and the documents uploaded and approved in the system during the application process (document number: 2500006840, dated 18.04.2025). The selected personnel have been ranked from the highest to the lowest score.
The mobilities must take place by 31 July 2025, the end date of the project. Since research assistants do not have teaching authority, they can only benefit from the training mobility.

Important Notes:
• Only applications marked as "completed" during the application period were evaluated. Applications marked as "active" or "update" were not considered.
• Language scores were not included in the calculation for applicants who indicated a score but did not upload their language certificates.
• Invitation letters with dates later than 31 July 2025 were not considered in the invitation letter scoring.
• Email correspondences submitted instead of formal invitation letters were not considered in the scoring process.
• Staff members listed as reserve may still benefit from Erasmus+ Mobility as "zero grant" participants.
• In the case of equal scores, ranking was determined based on the duration of employment at Antalya Bilim University.
• An information meeting for selected participants will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd, between 20:00 and 21:00. The meeting link will be shared via email.
• The final results lists were signed by the Erasmus Programme Committee on 18.04.2025.
Required Documents:
• The Staff Training – Teaching Agreement must be fully and accurately completed in communication with the host institution. (It will be sent via email.)
• Before benefiting from the mobility, you must have a Euro account at Vakıfbank. 80% of the total grant will be deposited into your account initially. The remaining 20% will be transferred after the completion of the mobility and submission of all required documents.
