Dear Students,

The applications for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Summer Internship Mobility and the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall and Spring Semester Study Mobility are now open!

How can you apply for Study Mobility?

Online applications for the Erasmus programs will be available from April 5th to May 4th, 2024, until 23:59 on https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/. You may fill out the application form via the e-government system. Please upload your approved transcript from the Student Affairs office to the system.

What is required for you to apply?

  • You need to be a student at ABU.
  • You should be at least a first-year student and have completed at least one semester at ABU (Prep School students are not eligible to apply).
  • CGPA: At least 2.20/4.00 for undergraduate students, 2.50 for Master’s students.
  • For study mobility, you must have a minimum of 30 ECTS credits for the semester in which you plan to participate in the Erasmus program.
  • 4th-year students may only apply for Erasmus Traineeship.

You should carefully read the Study Mobility application announcement of Antalya Bilim University on https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ and complete your application within the specified application dates.

IMPORTANT: The English Exam Result Certificate is required for students who want to benefit from the Erasmus+ Study Mobility Program to prove their foreign language proficiency. For this, associate and undergraduate students must upload the result of an exam such as YDS, E-YDS, or YÖKDİL with a minimum score of 60 out of 100 that they have taken in the last 5 years from ÖSYM. Master’s students must upload the result of an exam with a minimum score of 70 out of 100. If students do not have such an exam result, they must take the Erasmus+ English Proficiency Exam to be held by the ABU School of Foreign Languages and score a minimum of 60 out of 100. The minimum score required for Master’s students is 70 out of 100.

Students are required to make 3 different university choices.

How can you apply for Internship Mobility?

Applications and selections will be made from candidates who wish to benefit from the Student Internship Mobility for the 2024 Summer Term within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program. If the winners are able to find an internship and get an acceptance letter, they can benefit from the Erasmus internship mobility in the summer of 2024. All applications will be made through the web address https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/.

IMPORTANT: Students who have an invitation/acceptance letter and upload it to the system during the application period will receive a bonus of +10 points. If you have an invitation letter during the application process, you need to add the information of the institution where you will be interning in the preferences section. If you do not have an invitation letter, please select the option "I will provide it after the application."

Application Criteria:

  • To apply, students must have a minimum overall average of 2.20 CGPA for associate and undergraduate students, and a minimum overall average of 2.50 CGPA for graduate and doctoral students.

  • Students who are successful in the Erasmus+ English exam and/or upload the required language certificate to the system and gain the right to participate in internship activities must present the official invitation they received from the institution/organization where they will do their internship, at the latest within 1 month (30 days) from the announcement of the winner list results (if the invitation/acceptance letter was not uploaded to the system during the application process).
  • Candidates who are eligible to graduate during the mobility period can use these rights within 12 months after graduation.
  • The internships will take place between July 1, 2024, and July 31, 2024. Students who have been selected but do not have an invitation letter must send their invitation letters to the Erasmus Office via email by 17:30 on October 1, 2024.
  • The economic sector where the internship will take place must be related to the student’s current education program. The student should take this into account when reviewing the acceptance letters before or after the application.
  • To allow more students to benefit from the Erasmus+ grant, our university has limited the summer internship period to a maximum of 2 months. The internship period cannot be less than 2 months. Except for force majeure, payments made for internships that are shorter than 60 days will be refunded.

Important: The student can only apply for one mobility. You cannot apply for both study and internship mobility at the same time. In the case of applying to both calls, the first application will be evaluated.
